Order Processing Times
All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. This means that, once the purchase is completed and payment is confirmed, the order will be prepared and delivered to the courier within the indicated deadline.

- Shipping: Once the order has been delivered to the courier, an email will be sent containing the shipping details and tracking number.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. Generally, deliveries take place by:
- Italy: 2-5 working days
- European Union: 3-7 working days
Important Notes
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting from the first following business day.
- Any delays in shipping due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.) are not attributable to our company, but we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.
