RETURN POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days of the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition they were received: unused, with all original tags and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for final sale items.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipping. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

  3. Return Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to verify that it meets the return conditions. If the return is approved, we will proceed with the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of return approval. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  1. Can I return an item after 30 days? No, returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  2. How do I get a return label? We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. The customer must organize the return shipping.

  3. When will I receive my refund? Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of return approval and will be made to your original payment method.

  4. Can I return an item purchased on promotion? Items on final sale are not eligible for returns.
